2015-04-09_13-16-10On Wednesday, April 8th, the Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange announced the finalists for the 2015 MITX Awards. The MITX Awards is the largest and most prestigious annual awards competition in the country for digital marketing and technology innovation, bringing together 1,200 of the best and brightest minds in the digital media, marketing and technology industry. The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday, May 14th, 2015 at the Marriott Copley.

On July 19th, the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council (MassTLC) held an awards reception to announce the finalists of its 2012 Leadership Awards.  This year, seven MBBP clients were selected as finalists in the categories of: Company of the Year – Private, Company of the Year – Public, Innovative Technology of the Year – Big Data, Cloud Computing and Digital Games.

Yottaa Receives Patent for Key Technologies 03/01/2012

On February 28th MBBP client Yottaa, Inc., a provider of complete web performance service for mobile and web acceleration, web performance monitoring and website testing, announced it has been granted a patent for “Distributed Network Service for Traffic Processing and Performance Optimization”. Yottaa CEO Coach Wei explains the significance in a press release:

This patent award is a recognition of Yottaa’s significant advantages over other approaches to improving web performance. The innovative approach to web performance optimization that we’ve implemented in our product allows us to ensure a consistently fast user experience regardless of where a site visitor may be, which technologies the primary web server is running, or what framework, platform or code is used to create the site’s pages.

Yottaa, Inc. Releases New Internet Service 10/25/2011

On October 11th, MBBP client Yottaa, Inc. made available a new service called Yottaa Site Speed Optimizer. The service speeds up websites for the end-user by making it easy and cost-effective through automation. The Site Speed Optimizer is targeted primarily at small to midsize businesses and costs around $29 per month but can push close to $1,000 per month, depending on website traffic.

Yottaa, Inc.MBBP client Yottaa, Inc., an innovative cloud computing company driven by the pursuit of a better Internet experience, has raised $4,000,000 in Series A Preferred Stock Financing from General Catalyst Partners, Stata Venture Partners and Cambridge West Ventures.
