The NVCA recently announced the release of the latest version of the NVCA model venture capital documents. The effort was led by the NVCA General Counsel Advisory Board, including Morse corporate partner Jon Gworek. The NVCA also announced that they are launching an Enhanced Model Term Sheet as part of the suite of Model Legal Documents. NVCA has partnered with Aumni, an investment analytics company, to produce an Enhanced Model Term Sheet with market analytics embedded in the document. Learn more here.
