At the Boston Bar Association on September 29, intellectual property attorney Amanda Schreyer will present on “Intellectual Property Protection and Exploitation of Fictional Characters.” The presentation will outline the most important cases addressing the protection of fictional characters using copyright, trademark, and publicity law. Additionally, it will cover the legal principles that are permitting non-character owners to use the characters in new ways.
