Robert Finkel and Diana Española to Speak in BBA Seminar

On Tuesday, May 24th, the Boston Bar Association is hosting a seminar/webinar titled Basic Tax and Business Issues for Solos and Small Firms, featuring MBBP Attorneys Robert Finkel and Diana Española.  Robert and Diana will address basic tax and business issues for lawyers in forming or reorganizing a law practice, including understanding key aspects of each type of business entity; interfacing with the IRS and DOR on important issues; classifying service providers as employees or independent contractors; and understanding the deductibility of business expenses and required record keeping. The session will run from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
