On April 1, 2011, Immigration Attorney Donald Parker will speak at Columbia University on behalf of the International Students and Scholars Office (ISSO). Don will discuss employment-based statuses with a focus on H-1B1 and other non-immigrant statuses eligibility requirements and procedures, and a brief overview of Permanent Residency (“green card”) status if time permits. The session will run from 2:00-4:00 and is being held in 602 Hamilton Hall at Columbia University.
