On Friday, October 19th the Boston Bar Association is hosting a Brown Bag Lunch featuring MBBP Corporate Attorney Ron Crawley who will discuss the current state of crowdfunding and related legal risks. The program is geared toward attorneys who may have clients interested in raising funds using the crowdfunding model.
