ACG New York Champion's Awards Names MedCap Advisors Winner of Sector Deal of the Year

On June 20th MBBP client Medical Capital Advisors, LLC announced it had received the Healthcare/Life Sciences Deal of the Year award as part of the 2nd Annual ACG New York Champion’s Awards. MedCap Advisors was recognized for its work in connection with the  Joint Development and Distribution Agreement between Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation (MTF) and CONMED Corporation (NASDAQ:CNMD). The M&A Advisor and ACG started the Champion’s Awards to recognize companies, individual dealmakers and transactions in the middle market merger and acquisitions industry.
